Changenow scam exchange has refused to return a users 100 BCH deposit; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4619534.0 - They are doing everything in their power to keep money that does not belong to them. Reasons not to buy from changenow scam exchange:

If you send a sizeable deposit, they will stal it.
They may demand for KYC
Any exchange that demands KYC is not anonymous
After sending them documents, they will insist on a video calll.
There is no gaurantee that after the video cal, you will get a refund.

ChangeNow may claim to have no limits to the amount you send through them, but when it it a lot, they claim to flag it as a suspicious transaction. Now when they do this, they force you to go through AML/KYC procedures, after the claim that they are anonymous exchange website. If you don't comply, they will seize your funds, in other words defraud you of your money. They are not being clear on how to have a seamlessly exchange with them. So it is best to avoid their services.
BalasHapusChangeNow is synonymous to scammers. You should not trust them with your money. They have a huge ongoing scam accusation of about 11BTC that they do not want to refund to its owner. They will ask for personal documents for KYC check, proof of funds, video call with no guarantee that the will give you back your money. That is simply wrong and unfair. BalasHapusSurprised to find out that ChangeNow still has not resolved their 11BTC case...already more than a month now...Now this is even more suspicious than ever. Case still not resolved and already certain company details including CEO has changed? A new office address and refusing to give it out? What next should we expect? Looks like you don't plan on solving this issue or returning the money to its source. Rather unfortunate for the owner. Hopefully other people will learn open eyes before trusting you with their money
